SHIPPING

We usually use Royal Mail or Parcel Force tracked services wherever possible. We reserve the right to change our shipping provider and methods at any time without notice.

We can only deliver to UK addresses.

We aim to ship goods within 5 working days, but as all our products are subject to availability we cannot guarantee any timescales. Delivery is typically 2-3 days after shipment, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control.

PAYMENT

Payment in full in advance by credit/debit card or PayPal in GBP . No goods will be shipped until payment has cleared.

All relevant UK taxes are included.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

a) Please check your package carefully. Damage must be reported to Walnut Tree Distillery Ltd within 2 days of receipt by contacting gin@walnuttreedistillery.co.uk.

b) Cancellations are permitted within 14 days of receipt of the order. The package must be returned unopened and sealed within 7 days of cancellation for a refund. All shipping is to be paid for by the customer and liability for loss or damage is also the responsibility of the customer. We cannot refund any taxes or fees incurred while shipping or returning the goods.

c) Refunds will be made within 30 days of the receipt of returned goods. Refunds will be made to the card/PayPal account used in the original purchase.

d) Goods should be returned to Returns Dept, Walnut Tree Distillery, Walnut Tree Farm, Lyng Easthaugh, Norfolk, NR9 5LN.  Please include your name, address and order number from the original order.
